At Rize OC, intensive outpatient often offers morning and evening tracks so many clients can continue employment when clinically stable. Virtual outpatient and virtual IOP options can further reduce commute friction for eligible California adults.
Published telehealth groups currently include morning and evening windows (for example 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 6:00 PM Pacific topic blocks on the telehealth schedule page). In-person programming uses multi-group daytime blocks at the Lake Forest clinic. Exact track assignment depends on clinical recommendation, census, and level of care — PHP still requires substantial weekday daytime hours and is usually incompatible with a full traditional work schedule.

Treatment at Rize OC is protected by HIPAA. We do not contact your employer, board, or colleagues about your care unless you provide written authorization for a specific disclosure. Curiosity from a workplace or licensing board is not the same as a legal requirement for us to break confidentiality.
When leave is clinically indicated, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) may provide eligible employees with job-protected leave for serious health conditions — which can include mental health and substance use treatment when legal criteria are met. Eligibility depends on employer size, tenure, hours worked, and how the serious-health-condition definition applies. Rize can prepare clinical documentation; we cannot approve leave, guarantee job protection, or speak for your HR department.
